Spécialiste en Spray workmanship warranty: coverage, exclusions, care and how to report a concern.

Five-year workmanship warranty, starting when the work is accepted, for surfaces painted by Spécialiste en Spray and identified in the quote. It covers preparation or application defects attributable to our work, including related peeling or flaking.

Following assessment, we provide the corrective labour needed for covered areas at no charge. A local repair does not automatically require refinishing all surfaces in the project; a touch-up may differ as the original finish ages.

This commercial warranty excludes normal wear, accidental scratches or impacts, and damage caused by leaks, excessive moisture, abnormal heat, abrasive or corrosive products, substrate movement or third-party work, when these do not result from a defect in our work. Pre-existing defects may be excluded only where not attributable to our work; known limitations are identified in the quote.

Report a problem as soon as you notice it to info@specialisteenspray.com, with photos and your project reference. Where possible, let us assess the surface before third-party repairs, without delaying urgent steps needed to prevent further damage.

Follow the curing and care instructions supplied for your finish. These terms describe our commercial warranty and do not limit legal warranties or rights and remedies under applicable law.
